Next workshop Nov 9th to Nov 13th I a Clown Barabbas Theatre Company offers a one week introductory course in Theatre of Clown, facilitated by Raymond Keane, Artistic Director of Barabbas Theatre Company. Raymond is a founding member of Barabbas and has over 25 years of experience as a clown performer, teacher, director and maker of clown theatre. The course will focus on unearthing each participant’s individual clown through mask, play and personal mythology. The goal is to gain an understanding and practice of the clown state and learn what it is to be ‘authentically present’. The course is suitable for performers with some professional experience.
